Terms & Conditions 

All rates are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

A valid credit card is required to guarantee and secure the reservation.

Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out time is until 12:00 PM (noon).

Children under 12 years old may stay free of charge when sharing existing bedding with parents.

Exchange rates are provided for information purposes only. All credit card payments will be charged and processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

The hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations if fraudulent, suspicious, or inappropriate activity is detected, or in cases where a reservation appears to have been made due to a mistake or system error.

All rates, packages, and privileges are subject to change without prior notice.

Return & Refund Policy 

At Manado Tateli Resort & Convention, we strive to provide a seamless booking experience. As we provide hospitality services (non-tangible products), this policy outlines our cancellation, amendment, and refund terms.

  1. Cancellation Policy

Flexible Rate

  • Free cancellation is allowed up to 1–2 days prior to the check-in date (as specified in your booking confirmation).
  • Cancellations made after the allowed period will incur a charge equivalent to one (1) night stay.
  • No-shows will be charged one (1) night or the full booking amount, depending on the rate policy.

Non-Refundable Rate

  • Bookings under non-refundable rates cannot be canceled or modified.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows.

2. Refund Policy

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
  • Refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
  • Bank charges, administrative fees, or payment gateway fees (if applicable) may be deducted from the refunded amount.
  • Special promotions, discounted rates, and event bookings are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

3. Amendment Policy (Date Changes)

  • Date changes are subject to room availability.
  • Rate differences may apply if the new date falls under a different rate period.
  • Certain promotional or special event bookings may not be eligible for amendments

4. Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, travel restrictions, or other force majeure events), the resort reserves the right to adjust, reschedule, or modify booking policies accordingly.

Delivery Policy

At Manado Tateli Resort & Convention, we provide hospitality services and experiences rather than physical goods. This Delivery Policy explains how our services are delivered upon successful booking.

1. Booking Confirmation

  • Upon successful payment or reservation guarantee, a confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address.
  • The confirmation email serves as proof of booking and must be presented upon check-in.
  • If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact our reservation team immediately with WhatsApp No +62 811 4330 0808.

2. Service Fulfillment

  • Accommodation services are delivered on the confirmed check-in date at the resort location.
  • Guests are required to present a valid ID and booking confirmation upon arrival.
  • Check-in time starts at 3:00 PM, and check-out time is until 12:00 PM (noon).

3. E-Vouchers 

  • E-vouchers must be presented (digital or printed) upon arrival.

4. No Physical Shipping

  • Manado Tateli Resort & Convention does not ship physical products.

5. Service Availability

  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • The resort reserves the right to modify arrangements due to operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances.
